The Office of Infectious Disease and HIV/AIDS Policy (OIDP) provides strategic leadership and management, while encouraging collaboration, coordination, and innovation among federal agencies and stakeholders to reduce the burden of infectious diseases. We work with federal and non-federal stakeholders to develop, coordinate, and implement national strategies and initiatives to prevent infectious diseases. We prioritize health equity and use a syndemics lens across all our work.
