Kaplan University (now Purdue University Global) is a regionally accredited university dedicated to helping adult students, who need flexibility, fit higher education into their busy lives. The University was one of the first institutions to offer higher education online, starting with just 34 students and a handful of degree options. Over the years it expanded its academic offerings and in 2004 began to offer master’s programs. The University was acquired by Purdue University in March 2018 and renamed Purdue University Global.
