Harvard's Advanced Leadership Initiative is a fellowship program that seeks to tap the experience of established leaders and develop their skills to tackle new challenges in the social sector. Through a year spent at Harvard, fellows will spend time taking advantage of the vast intellectual resources of the University to learn, teach, mentor, consult, reflect, and plan in preparation for their roles as leaders in both their work and the world. With the program's specific focus on social impact, fellows will understand and develop the skills necessary to address a myriad of global issues ranging from environmental stewardship to human rights development.
