We originally established ourselves in Puerto Rico as Warren Electric Company in 1984. As Warren Electric expanded its operations throughout the Caribbean, the name changed to Warren del Caribe. In 2003, Warren del Caribe was acquired by Sonepar USA Holdings, Inc.
