The framework adds value to Mekong Capital's invested companies by helping them build a strong team and excellent corporate culture, leveraging 14 components for operational improvement. Companies applying VDI are to set a big breakthrough vision, a clear goal for 5-8 years in the future around which all key stakeholders are enrolled and aligned, and would result in at least a 5x return for our fund.
