Co-operative education is synonymous with the University of Waterloo. It’s one of the innovations that the University was founded on more than 60 years ago. Today, our incomparable co-operative education program is the reason 70% of incoming undergraduate students choose Waterloo. But our department is more than co-op. At Co-operative and Experiential Education (CEE), we value work-integrated learning and experiential education as much as co-op. Through activities such as lab experiences, internships, and practicum placements we strive to give students at the University of Waterloo the capacity to have the very best impact on their career, and the future of the Canadian and overseas workforce.
