Rochester Management, Inc. is a nonprofit real estate management firm that was created through collaboration among local business and civic leaders in response to an urgent need for quality housing for WWII veterans in Rochester, New York. Since it was established in 1949, Rochester Management has been instrumental in creating much needed affordable housing for seniors and families over the last seven decades. The non-profit currently manages over 3,700 units throughout Rochester, Canandaigua and Syracuse, consisting of owned properties and real estate managed for other nonprofit organizations.
