Originally operated as a general contracting and construction maintenance company, Peterson LLC was founded in Saint Paul, Minnesota as a subsidiary of Carl H. Peterson and Son (established in 1912) and Norcon Management (est. 1977). In 1989, our role was expanded in establishing a division of operations in commercial build outs and service work.
