Located in the spectacular Columbia River Gorge, One Community Health is a patient-centered primary care home offering medical, dental and behavioral health care to patients throughout our region. Established in 1986, our nonprofit organization offers a unique, team-based model of care that's committed to advancing health for all members of our community. We serve a diverse patient population of over 10K people, including the uninsured and insured alike. Patients may visit one of our two main facilities in The Dalles and Hood River, Oregon.
