Corporate Training Bespoke and fixed packages including; Corona Virus & Wellbeing at work, Mental Health Awareness for Managers, Building Resilience in the Workplace, Conflict Management & Resolution. Training for Schools Bespoke and fixed packages including; Train the Trainer Relaxing and Managing Stress, Self Harm.
