At IFT, we envision a world where diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are universally valued as essential to advancing the science of food. Member Resource Groups are important partners in realizing this vision. By providing supportive spaces for traditionally underrepresented and undersupported communities, IFT Member Resource Groups bring together members who identify as a part of a group and their allies to collaboratively address challenges and opportunities commonly experienced and develop an increasing sense of belonging.
