It is both a Leapfrog Group and Healthgrades Top Hospital and a Newsweek World’s Best Hospital. The Network’s flagship University Hospital has earned the 100 Top Major Teaching Hospital designation from Premier 13 times total and eleven years in a row, including in 2023 when it was identified as THE #4 TEACHING HOSPITAL IN THE COUNTRY.
One of the largest Trusts in the UK, Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust comprises five of the UK’s best known hospitals – Guy’s, St Thomas’, Evelina London Children’s Hospital, Royal Brompton and Harefield – as well as community services in Lambeth and Southwark, all with a long history of high quality care, clinical excellence, research and innovation. We work closely with a wide range of health and care partners to deliver the best care to our local population, and we play an active role in the integrated care systems (ICS) in south east and north west London. We have a long tradition of clinical and scientific achievement and – as part of King’s Health Partners – we are one of England’s eight academic health sciences centres (AHSCs), bringing together world-class clinical services, teaching and research. We are rated Good overall by the Care Quality Commission, and have one of the lowest mortality rates in the country. With around 23,900 staff, we are one of the largest employers locally. We aim to reflect the diversity of the local communities we serve and continue to develop new and existing partnerships with local people, patients, neighbouring NHS organisations, local authorities and charitable bodies and GPs. The dedication and skills of our employees lie at the heart of our organisation. We strive to recruit and retain the best staff to ensure that our services are high quality, safe and patient focused.
Based on our extensive expertise and know how we seek to ensure high quality, efficient and patient focused healthcare, locally as well as within an international environment. For this purpose Helios Health was founded in 2017. Helios Health combines Helios Germany (Helios Kliniken) and Helios Spain (Quirónsalud in Spain) and bundles cooporations with other Fresenius business segments such as Fresenius Vamed, Fresenius Kabi and Fresenius Medical Care. We are constantly looking for further growth opportunities and aim to facilitate know how exchange between healthcare providers and systems worldwide. We focus on acute care and near acute care activities in a structural framework that we can develop and advance based on our expertise and experience. In addition, we seek to provide cross-sectoral integrated patient care connecting in inpatient and outpatient care in the best suitable way for our patients. This promotes coordinated treatment and care pathways, reduced length of hospital stays and faster recovery of our patients. In line with our international growth strategy we are not interested in the acquisition of single / stand-alone hospitals but rather in the integration of hospital groups or medical center chains in order to create and develop healthcare platforms. We also cooperate with the other Fresenius business segments being active in healthcare in over 100 countries worldwide. We usually aim for a sole shareholder position or to acquire a controlling stake to assume full responsibility for the operating business.

A vulnerability was determined in xuxueli xxl-job up to 3.5.0. The impacted element is an unknown function of the file /jobgroup/insert. This manipulation of the argument Name causes cross site scripting. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
A vulnerability was found in Moore Threads MTT S80 Driver Package 340.150. The affected element is the function sub_140006F0C in the library mtdispkm64.sys of the component IOCTL Handler. The manipulation results in improper privilege management. Attacking locally is a requirement. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
vLLM Mooncake connector through 0.29.0 fails to properly manage GPU KV cache block ownership when concurrent child requests share a single transfer ID in prefill/decode disaggregated deployments. Attackers can trigger GPU memory exhaustion by submitting completion requests with multiple prompts, causing orphaned KV cache blocks to accumulate until process restart and eventually preventing legitimate requests from executing.
vLLM through 0.29.0 fails to validate the tp_size parameter in kv_transfer_params on OpenAI-compatible completion endpoints, allowing attackers to allocate unbounded memory. Attackers can supply arbitrary tp_size values in prefill/decode disaggregated deployments to exhaust memory and trigger kernel OOM-kill of the decode worker process.
vLLM through 0.29.0 contains a resource exhaustion vulnerability in MooncakeConnector where rejected prefill requests create ownerless transfer placeholders that are never reclaimed. Attackers can send rejected requests to exhaust sender task pools, causing valid requests to be delayed by up to 480 seconds while health checks continue returning success.
