Crossroads for Women is an Albuquerque-based nonprofit organization that provides comprehensive, integrated services to empower New Mexico women emerging from incarceration to achieve safe, healthy, and fulfilling lives in the community, for themselves and their children. We provide housing and trauma-responsive therapeutic services with a gender-specific approach for women across seven domains: housing, mental health, recovery, physical health/dental, independent living, vocational, and family/parenting. Our specialized model is based on acknowledging the primary importance of relationships in the lives of women, and addressing the challenges of their pasts, presents, and futures.
