Through this collaboration, the Woods System of Care provides lifelong care and supports to individuals in the intellectual and developmental disability and mental health public health sectors who have complex medical and behavioral health care needs. The issue occurs because the `--commit-hash` parameter is passed directly to a shell command without proper validation or sanitization, allowing an attacker with control of `--commit-hash` to execute arbitrary commands on the system running Wrangler.
