Our providers use a variety of therapy approaches and will determine which should be used based on your individual set of needs. From a practice perspective, we also approach care from a holistic, person-in-environment lens, appreciating all dimensions of the person, including their dynamic in mind, body, and spirit. Whether you're dealing with the loss of a family member, stress, or depression; our providers will work one-on-one with you in a safe setting and provide you with a friendly ear that listens and never judges.
