Women of Flexo is comprised of industry members who work to support and promote women in the flexographic industry through a variety of opportunities. Representing the Women of Flexo is a group of four Leadership Teams, each of which focuses on a singular objective: Marketing / Strategy Increasing awareness of the group, and defining its long- and short-term goals. Recruitment Coordinating with schools to find members and network. Mentorship Develop relationships between members new to the industry and those with experience. Leadership Development To promote female engagement and increase their visibility in the flexographic industry through opportunities for leadership, career development and networking.
