The Incident On December 7, 2025, WIRX Pharmacy detected suspicious activity in its network. After securing its systems, the company launched an investigation, determining that unauthorized access occurred between December 6 and 7, 2025. A review concluded on January 23, 2026, that sensitive personal and health data had been compromised.
