Whitefish School District suffered a data breach incident after one of its employees fell for a social engineering scam. As a result, the attacker got access to an employee’s computer containing various data types including name, address, and Social Security Number. The School offered 12 months of credit monitoring to all 1663 Montanas affected by the incident.
