The Walled Lake Consolidated Schools District said a system outage has been linked to a cyberattack. The district says it’s unclear if attackers were able to obtain any “credentialed” information. It was found that the attackers were successful in gaining access to their system and that there is the possibility that credential and other information was available to them. Unfortunately, the district do not have any specifics at this point but they assured to keep the parents updated as they receive additional information.
