Thrive started over 10 years ago with a dream to recharge, refresh, and renew pastors and leaders who were discouraged in ministry and headed towards burnout. This quickly launched over five conferences and tons of resources to do just that! At its core, Thrive desires to develop healthy leaders and thriving churches. We believe ongoing relationships focusing on head, heart, and humor can make in impact that will have a ripple effect around the world. Thrive has developed into over five different conferences, each focused on deepening the faith and Christian experience of leaders, students, and people in ministry. Thrive’s mission is to light up the local church – providing resources to inspire people in their leadership and ministry.
