Our vision for Africa is rooted in its people—and our conservation approach focuses on working with local communities, governments, and organisations to conserve and enhance Africa's shared resources. TNC established the Africa Program in 2007, and today we operate in nine countries across the continent: Angola, Botswana, Gabon, Kenya, Namibia, Seychelles, South Africa, Tanzania, and Zambia.
