ICCA aims to become the global centre of excellence in the study and practice of advocacy and ethics. Its vision is to become the recognised authority for advocacy training. The Advocates’ Gateway (TAG) - The Advocate's Gateway is a web based resource designed to give advocates free and practical, evidence-based guidance for working with witnesses and defendants with communications needs. TAG aims to: • promote excellence in the justice system's approach to vulnerable witnesses and defendants • collaboratively develop research-led best practice, and • provide educational materials online and via conferences and seminars.

Prior to version 1.3.0, two peer-facing consensus request handlers assume that the history index is always available and call blockchain.history_store.history_index().unwrap() directly. That assumption is false by construction.
