Russia's Rutube video platform remained offline after it was targeted in a massive cyberattack just hours before it was about to stream the Victory Day parade in Moscow. The attack was intended to prevent Rutube from showing the Victory Day parade amid Ukraine-Russia war. The website was still down and was displaying the message that they are restoring the access however it could take time to restore it completely.
