Leading payroll company PrismHR suffered a massive outage after suffering a ransomware attack that shut down their servers and network to protect the integrity of their systems. The attack has caused PEOs, and their clients, to lose access to PrismHR's customer portals and they were seeing a message saying We're Working on Getting the System Back Online. PrismHR experienced an interruption of service impacting over 200 PEOs across the United States. PrismHR however restored their systems from backups located on disaster recovery systems.
