Power Source specializes in helping athletes improve their speed, strength & conditioning while lowering injury risk. We work primarily with athletes at the middle school, high school and college levels. Power Source began in 2002 as a small, private summer training program at Cushing Academy. As the years went by and attendance steadily grew, we decided to open our first year-round facility in Leominster during the fall of 2010. Today, Power Source continues to help hundreds of athletes to enhance their physical skills at our Leominster location, while also heading the Strength & Conditioning Department at Cushing Academy.
