Onsala Space Observatory is run by Chalmers University of Technology with support from Vetenskapsrådet / Swedish Research Council and Lantmäteriet / Swedish Mapping Authority. The observatory provides researchers with access to telescopes, expertise and support for radio astronomy, geodesy and atmospheric physics, and runs several telescopes at its site in Onsala, in western Sweden. It participates in many international projects, including the SKA Observatory, the JIV-ERIC/European VLBI Network, LOFAR ERIC and IVS.
