The Competition Division is part of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, (OECD), an intergovernmental organisation based in Paris, France. The OECD Competition Division’s objective is to contribute to the advancement of competition law and policies, working with established, emerging and transitioning economies by promoting pro-competition regulatory reforms, building enforcement capacities and assisting with the drafting of competition law.
