The Association for Private Capital Investment in Latin America (LAVCA) is a not-for-profit membership organization dedicated to supporting the growth of the private equity and venture capital industry in Latin America and the Caribbean. LAVCA’s membership is comprised of over 180 firms, from leading global investment firms active in the region to local fund managers from Mexico to Argentina. Member firms control assets in excess of US$65 billion, directed at capitalizing and growing Latin American businesses. LAVCA also collaborates with a range of partner organizations dedicated to entrepreneurship, venture philanthropy and social enterprise.
