The incident was detected and contained, but a forensic investigation later revealed that sensitive patient data may have been accessed or copied. The breach, disclosed on December 26, 2025, exposed personally identifiable information, including names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, health insurance details, and medical records. At least 1,314 individuals in Washington state were affected.
