Following an internal review, Kubota determined on June 16, 2026, that the compromised files contained personally identifiable information (PII) of affected individuals. The exposed data varied by employee but may have included names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, taxpayer identification numbers, driver’s license or government-issued ID numbers, financial account details for direct deposit, and corporate payment card information.
