Manuscripts with topics ranging from theory and methodology to international studies and analyses with a health economic or outcomes research focus in a wide variety of therapeutic areas will be considered for publication. Online publication in JHEOR gives authors the opportunity to publish large data sets, large numbers of color illustrations and moving pictures, to display data in a form that can be read directly by other software packages so as to allow readers to manipulate the data for themselves, and to create all relevant links (for example to relevant databases and papers). JHEOR is indexed in PubMed Central, MEDLINE, the Directory of Open Access Journals and Google Scholar. Onur Baser, MS, PhD, Professor of Economics, MEF University, Istanbul, Turkey, is the JHEOR editor-in-chief. Most recently, Dr. Baser was Associate Professor of Surgery in Columbia University, New York, NY. He is an adjunct professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI; research scientist at John D. Dingel VA Medical Center and advisory board member at the City University of New York. He also serves a litigation expert on statistical issues related with health care. Dr. Baser created several proprietary algorithms that improve care system for patients while minimizing the cost for payers. He is a frequent speaker at international conferences and teaches a course on Modeling Health Cost and Utilization using Real World Data. He has over 500 worldwide presentations and publications and contributed on several book chapters. His book on estimation of health care costs was published in 2010. His paper on propensity score matching was selected as one of the Top 10 most read Value in Health articles.

ThingsBoard in versions prior to v4.2.1 allows an authenticated user to upload malicious SVG images via the "Image Gallery", leading to a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability. The exploit can be triggered when any user accesses the public API endpoint of the malicious SVG images, or if the malicious images are embedded in an `iframe` element, during a widget creation, deployed to any page of the platform (e.g., dashboards), and accessed during normal operations. The vulnerability resides in the `ImageController`, which fails to restrict the execution of JavaScript code when an image is loaded by the user's browser. This vulnerability can lead to the execution of malicious code in the context of other users' sessions, potentially compromising their accounts and allowing unauthorized actions.
