Launched 50 years ago, Insight Into Diversity is the oldest and largest diversity magazine in higher education. We provide a valuable forum for readers who want to be part of important national conversations about diversity and inclusion in both academic and business environments. Each issue of INSIGHT Into Diversity contains news and information on emerging trends, interviews with innovators and experts, best practices and model programs, and successful enrollment, hiring, and retention strategies—with relevance for both campus and business leaders. In our pages, you’ll find coverage on a broad range of diversity issues regarding race, gender, age, disability, ethnicity, religion, healthcare, veterans, affirmative action, equal employment opportunity, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, laws and policies, and more. For job seekers and recruiters, our online Job Board and Career Opportunities section in the magazine successfully connect potential employees with institutions and businesses choosing to embrace a diverse workforce and workplace. INSIGHT Into Diversity created the annual Higher Education Excellence in Diversity (HEED) Award in 2012—the only national award of its kind—to recognize colleges and universities that exemplify outstanding commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion across campus programs and constituencies. Description

ThingsBoard in versions prior to v4.2.1 allows an authenticated user to upload malicious SVG images via the "Image Gallery", leading to a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability. The exploit can be triggered when any user accesses the public API endpoint of the malicious SVG images, or if the malicious images are embedded in an `iframe` element, during a widget creation, deployed to any page of the platform (e.g., dashboards), and accessed during normal operations. The vulnerability resides in the `ImageController`, which fails to restrict the execution of JavaScript code when an image is loaded by the user's browser. This vulnerability can lead to the execution of malicious code in the context of other users' sessions, potentially compromising their accounts and allowing unauthorized actions.
