Guildford County School suffered a “cyber-intrusion” which affected its IT systems and took down its phone lines. The attack caused their ParentMail system to “stop working properly” and also affected the use of Microsoft Teams with a message on the school's website saying it is “without our phone system”. The school immediately worked with the help of a professional team and took immediate remedial action to limit data loss.
