In response, Advantage Gold is offering 24 months of complimentary identity protection via Experian IdentityWorks, with enrollment available until June 30, 2026. Affected individuals can activate the service using a code provided in their notification or by calling a dedicated support line (833-918-1091). Post-membership, enrollees will retain access to Experian’s ExtendCare identity restoration support. The breach was discovered on September 5, 2025, though the exact duration of unauthorized access remains unclear. The company has not disclosed whether the incident involved ransomware or data exfiltration.
