Daikin Air Conditioning South Africa (Pty) Ltd are a wholly owned subsidiary of Daikin Industries Ltd Japan and are the distributor of Daikin air conditioning products in Southern Africa. D.A.S.A are currently expanding their Daikin Dealer Network in Southern Africa thus allowing their customers and end-users an excellent sales service, installation and technical backup as well as after sales service support. As of the 1st April 1998, Daikin Industries had purchased a subsidiary company previously owned by Dorbyl Ltd called Centurator. Centurator was a leading South African Air Conditioning company that was founded on the 1st September 1950. In 1969 a distribution agreement was concluded between Centurator and Daikin Industries Ltd
