At the D’Addario Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity, we believe in the power of music to build community and transform lives for good. The Foundation helps make music instruction accessible; provides scholarships; and administers special projects related to music, education, research, and leadership development. The Foundation annually supports ~200 community music programs across the globe that offer frequent, intensive, free or affordable music instruction to individuals with financial need and those who would not otherwise have access to this opportunity. Additionally, we award college scholarships; and are leading an implementation study to evaluate the academic and social-emotional impacts of immersive music instruction.
