His most recent portraiture project, Pullin It All Together, is a book by Paul Wharton published in 2018 “which reveals secrets of styling teams and the tricks photographers use to turn everyday faces into those of supermodels.” In the summer of 2018 Barry Harley will travel to the Democratic Republic of Congo as part of a group of professionals who will be participating with HEAR CONGO, a entrepreneurial program that teaches women and young people skills necessary for self-support in the 21st century. Barry Harley graduated from the International Fine Arts College in Miami, Florida with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. He and his family reside in Ashburn, VA

Prior to version 1.3.0, two peer-facing consensus request handlers assume that the history index is always available and call blockchain.history_store.history_index().unwrap() directly. That assumption is false by construction.
