Forensic investigations revealed that intrusions had also occurred intermittently on August 11, 2025, compromising sensitive personally identifiable information (PII). The company, which serves realtors, buyers, and investors including participants in its Homes for Heroes program engaged law enforcement and third-party specialists to assess the breach. Following a review, Aspen Title & Escrow confirmed that exposed data included names, Social Security numbers, and financial account details. Notifications were filed with the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Attorney General offices on March 12, 2026, with at least four individuals in Massachusetts and two in New Hampshire affected.
