Those without documented losses can claim a one-time $75 cash payment. All class members are also entitled to two years of free credit monitoring through CyEx Financial Shield Complete, which includes $1 million in fraud insurance and identity theft protection. The settlement fund will cover administrative costs, up to $350,000 in attorneys’ fees, $10,000 in service awards for class representatives, and credit monitoring expenses, with the remainder distributed to eligible claimants.
