The student information system at Albuquerque Public Schools fell victim to a cyberattack. The attack disrupted its systems that were used to take students' attendance, contact families in emergencies, and assure that students are picked up from school by authorized adults and forced it to close the classes. The attack even disrupted the school meal services and affected hundreds of students.
