ACY Securities, one of Australia’s fastest-growing multi-asset online CFD trading providers experienced a data security breach recently that exposed around 60 GB of user data. The exposed data included personally identifiable information such as demographic information including date of birth, hashed passwords and trading-related information such as a trader’s annual income, business details, and other information dating back to 2020. ACY's internal team immediately monitored its security and worked to secure the leaking server.
