While the total number of affected individuals remains undisclosed, the company confirmed that 43 Massachusetts residents were impacted. The breach was officially reported to the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation on August 7, 2026, with notification letters mailed to affected individuals the same day. The incident involved unauthorized access to or acquisition of personal data, including Social Security numbers and driver’s license numbers. In response, ABC Supply is offering two years of complimentary credit monitoring and identity protection services through IDX. Affected individuals can enroll by calling 1-833-788-9712, visiting the IDX enrollment page, or scanning a QR code provided in their notification letter. Each letter includes a unique enrollment code required for activation, with a deadline of November 7, 2026. IDX support is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding holidays.
