Zephyr Products, Inc. is a relationship-driven, full service metal manufacturing company that has proudly been serving the Heart of America from Leavenworth, Kansas for over 40 years. Founded by Fred Braun in 1979 as a metal fabrication shop, Zephyr has grown into a premier Midwest manufacturer by offering a full range of services to meet any manufacturing need from product design to on-time delivery, we have our customers' needs covered. Our innovative product design team provides drafting and design expertise in Solidworks or AutoCAD, creating new part designs or modifying, adapting, or utilizing customer prints. We then provide the finest in CNC tube bending, flat and rotary laser cutting, forming, and punching. Our newest CNC Tube Bender with the capability to bend up to 4 inch mild or stainless steel or aluminum is the first of its kind in the region. Quality and accuracy are ensured by 3D part inspection. Our weld department manager is an award-winning, AWS-certified inspector who provides ongoing training and AWS certification to our welding team to ensure the highest quality weld work available. Logistical management of paint and finishes, including in-house powder coating, packaging, shipping, and delivery give our customers a seamless experience. On-time delivery and quality are the key ingredients for Zephyr's success. To provide better and faster service to our customers, Zephyr utilizes Global Shop Solutions, a state-of-the-art ERP software program designed specifically to enable us to streamline operations, improve quality and on-time delivery, and lower costs.
