Located in the heart of Downtown Fayetteville, Walton Arts Center (WAC) is Arkansas’ largest and busiest arts presenter. WAC opens its doors to thousands of patrons annually to experience Broadway national tours, self-produced arts programming and festivals, free classroom series performances and more. A beacon of the community, Walton Arts Center has grown significantly over the last quarter of a century and now operates three facilities – the original Walton Arts Center, the neighboring Nadine Baum Studios and the Walmart AMP ( Arkansas Music Pavilion, AMP) in Rogers. The Walmart AMP is Northwest Arkansas’ premiere outdoor concert venue, set in a vibrant commercial district just North of Fayetteville in Rogers. The AMP has been one of the top 100 amphitheaters in the nation and has produced headlining concerts for the past 11 years, bringing top-tier touring artists to the stage.

The ASO is the state's premier professional orchestra and a thriving organization bucking national trends with conspicuous artistic growth, record attendance, financial stability, community engagement, and a tradition of artistic excellence. A major renovation to the ASO’s primary performing space, the historic Robinson Music Center, was completed in 2017. The 2021-2022 season includes a subscription series highlighted by Barber’s Violin Concerto with violinist Gil Shaham, Dvorak’s New World Symphony, Stravinsky’s Firebird Suite and works by Little Rock’s own Florence Price. In addition to its Masterworks and Pops series, the ASO performs to audiences in diverse locations with its popular River Rhapsody Chamber Music Series at the Clinton Presidential Center, Education and Community Engagement programs for children and families, and myriad programs and performances of all types throughout the state of Arkansas. The ASO also has three youth orchestras, a community orchestra, and is involved in multiple music education partnerships and collaborations throughout Arkansas.

Description

SIPGO is a library for writing SIP services in the GO language. Starting in version 0.3.0 and prior to version 1.0.0-alpha-1, a nil pointer dereference vulnerability is in the SIPGO library's `NewResponseFromRequest` function that affects all normal SIP operations. The vulnerability allows remote attackers to crash any SIP application by sending a single malformed SIP request without a To header. The vulnerability occurs when SIP message parsing succeeds for a request missing the To header, but the response creation code assumes the To header exists without proper nil checks. This affects routine operations like call setup, authentication, and message handling - not just error cases. This vulnerability affects all SIP applications using the sipgo library, not just specific configurations or edge cases, as long as they make use of the `NewResponseFromRequest` function. Version 1.0.0-alpha-1 contains a patch for the issue.
