Valley Counseling Center provides therapy for children, teenagers, adults and families. The mission of Residential Care Services, Inc.....Residential Care Services, Inc began in 1983 and has seen tremendous opportunity to provided needed services to residents in Allegheny County. In 1983, Residential Care Services, Inc began with a solitary house in Squirrel Hill that provided services to six adolescent females. As time progressed and the needs of the residents of Allegheny County changed, so did Residential Care Services, Inc. As Allegheny County has flourished the Office of Behavioral Health has never been hesitant to look to Residential Care Services, Inc to add, amend, and grow programs that would support and serve the residents of Allegheny County. From that one program with six bed in 1983 Residential Care Services, Inc with our mission firmly in our hearts and in our work has flourished for the past thirty one years into twelve programs including community rehabilitation residences, specialized housing programs, supported living in apartments, and a payee service. Throughout our unprecedented growth our mission to and care for the people of Allegheny County has never diminished.

The issue occurs because the `--commit-hash` parameter is passed directly to a shell command without proper validation or sanitization, allowing an attacker with control of `--commit-hash` to execute arbitrary commands on the system running Wrangler. Root causeThe commitHash variable, derived from user input via the --commit-hash CLI argument, is interpolated directly into a shell command using template literals (e.g.,  execSync(`git show -s --format=%B ${commitHash}`)). Shell metacharacters are interpreted by the shell, enabling command execution. ImpactThis vulnerability is generally hard to exploit, as it requires --commit-hash to be attacker controlled. The vulnerability primarily affects CI/CD environments where `wrangler pages deploy` is used in automated pipelines and the --commit-hash parameter is populated from external, potentially untrusted sources. An attacker could exploit this to: * Run any shell command. * Exfiltrate environment variables. * Compromise the CI runner to install backdoors or modify build artifacts.
