UNIT partners is a multidisciplinary, strategic branding and graphic design agency with a simple goal — help brands reach their full potential to deliver on your business goals and maximize profit. Becoming iconic isn’t a solo venture. It’s a team effort. Some would say a full-contact sport. And while a lot of people talk a big game about collaboration and partnership, we prefer to let our game do the talking. Because those aren’t just words to us. They’re a philosophy, a way of life, a surefire formula for success. Sure, we’ve got creative chops up the wazoo. But you know your business better than anyone. And together, we can develop the visual and verbal communication systems that put proverbial points on the board. That’s why we listen. We ask. We even hear what you don’t say (this requires a lot of yoga). It’s what a team does. What we don’t do is try to put our personal stamp on your brand. That would be bad form. It’s your business, and we’re in it with you for the long haul. A win for you is a win for us. That’s why UNIT partners.

Description

ImageMagick is free and open-source software used for editing and manipulating digital images. Prior to 7.1.2-9 and 6.9.13-34, there is a vulnerability in ImageMagick’s Magick++ layer that manifests when Options::fontFamily is invoked with an empty string. Clearing a font family calls RelinquishMagickMemory on _drawInfo->font, freeing the font string but leaving _drawInfo->font pointing to freed memory while _drawInfo->family is set to that (now-invalid) pointer. Any later cleanup or reuse of _drawInfo->font re-frees or dereferences dangling memory. DestroyDrawInfo and other setters (Options::font, Image::font) assume _drawInfo->font remains valid, so destruction or subsequent updates trigger crashes or heap corruption. This vulnerability is fixed in 7.1.2-9 and 6.9.13-34.
