Founded in 1908 by Sir Charles Wyndham, Society of London Theatre (SOLT) represents the producers, theatre owners and managers of the major commercial and grant-aided theatres in central London. We offer five types of membership including special schemes for sole traders, suppliers of goods and services to the industry and concert halls. Our members benefit from access to a range of professional services, high quality training and events, and networking opportunities. As well as running the only awards scheme to recognise excellence in theatre throughout the UK, we lead audience development programmes and actively campaign on behalf of theatres and their audiences.
