Trailtalk Therapy
Trailtalk is taking therapy off the couch and on to the trail in Park City and now in Salt Lake City! Walking while talking empowers clients physically while they seek support emotionally. Trailtalk is for busy, functional people who want to talk with someone, but feel uncomfortable sitting in an office. It's less "clinical", but as effective.Trailtalk hopes to destigmatize mental health care by making therapy accessible, approachable and affordable. We all need mental health check ins and check ups. Treating our minds like our bodies with routine preventive care improves our quality of life. Addressing our client's physical and emotional needs is important to us regardless if therapy takes place indoors or out. We practice from a mental health wellness model, which includes developing a support team for client's to promote mind/body integration.
