The STARR Coalition was formed to create meaningful change by increasing COMMUNICATION, PARTNERSHIPS, and GOODWILL among stakeholders in the areas of mental health clinical research, advocacy, and treatment with emphasis on community and advocacy engagement, stigma reduction, and ensuring that research is widely recognized as a trusted care option. Medical research for cancer, diabetes, heart disease, ALS and many other illnesses is embraced by patients, advocacy and society. The same can’t be said about mental health research. Our stakeholders have identified one predominant challenge; stigma. Stigma associated with mental illness and stigma associated with mental health clinical research. One way to overcome this obstacle is with education and communication. The STARR Coalition is a forum for the leaders in mental health clinical research, advocacy, and treatment to work together to build a better system of care. We are working to reduce stigma around mental health research and to build trust in research as a viable option in the healthcare ecosystem.

Woodland Centers is a community mental health center committed to delivering comprehensive, coordinated and affordable behavioral health care to children, adolescents and adults. Our expert team of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and professional counselors is dedicated to providing innovative, personalized mental health care. For some, outpatient mental health means a weekly visit to a counselor to help cope with the break-up of a relationship. For others, it may be achieving recovery from depression through improved lifestyle management. For still others, it may mean consulting with a psychiatrist about medications to treat major mental illness A private, non-profit organization established in 1958, Woodland Centers was one of the first community health programs in Minnesota. Our team collaborates with medical care providers, schools, counties, courts, corrections and other professionals in our communities to ensure people of all ages and backgrounds receive the help they need. We offer a wide range of services including Psychiatry, Outpatient Therapy, School Linked Mental Health, Chemical Health Services, Crisis Services, Residential Programs, and Employee Assistance Programs. The issue occurs because the `--commit-hash` parameter is passed directly to a shell command without proper validation or sanitization, allowing an attacker with control of `--commit-hash` to execute arbitrary commands on the system running Wrangler. Root causeThe commitHash variable, derived from user input via the --commit-hash CLI argument, is interpolated directly into a shell command using template literals (e.g.,  execSync(`git show -s --format=%B ${commitHash}`)). Shell metacharacters are interpreted by the shell, enabling command execution. ImpactThis vulnerability is generally hard to exploit, as it requires --commit-hash to be attacker controlled. The vulnerability primarily affects CI/CD environments where `wrangler pages deploy` is used in automated pipelines and the --commit-hash parameter is populated from external, potentially untrusted sources. An attacker could exploit this to: * Run any shell command. * Exfiltrate environment variables. * Compromise the CI runner to install backdoors or modify build artifacts.
