The Foundation Clinic's core values are education, integration and professionalism within the substance abuse and addiction treatment and recovery industry. The Foundation clinic offers a continuum of care from in-patient detox and primary treatment of substance abuse and behaviour disorders, to aftercare and a Recovery Wellness program. The clinic has a multidisciplinary, professional staff including the head of the therapeutic program Dr Michael Niss, who is assisted by fellow psychologist Chris Sampson. The clinic is supported by on-call medical doctors who are also highly experienced in the field of substance abuse and addiction. The staff also consists of addiction counsellors, a social worker, internationally-certified recovery coaches and a 24-hour nursing staff. The treatment program is extremely diversified and includes activities and processes aimed towards building emotional, social, mental, physical and spiritual recovery capital for the individual and their support network.
